Althenatively, delivery is free for all local addresses in our refrigerated vans on all orders above £40!
We have a minimum spend of £40 for all orders, and once your order reaches this amount you will be able to select this delivery option at the checkout. If your order is below this price, you will only be able to use Hugo's Eco Delivery or choose to collect from our shop.
Please see a list below of all of the postcodes that currently qualify for our delivery service. If you are further afield, please call or email us before ordering and we will see whether this is something we can accommodate.
When you reach the checkout, you will have the option to choose your chosen delivery date. Please bear in mind that the majority of our deliveries will be in the afternoon. We will do our best to fulfil your order on your chosen date, however we will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your order if delivery on your chosen date is not possible.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are placed with a delivery postcode outside of our specified delivery areas. In the case that an order is placed for delivery in an area that we do not deliver to, we will notify you and return payment via your original payment method. Alternatively you would be welcome to collect the order from our shop at 120 Norwood High Street, West Norwood, SE27 9NH.
Although our supply chain is usually solid, on the rare occasion that we cannot get hold of a product you've ordered, we will contact you and endeavour to offer a suitable alternative for you. If this is a lower price product, we will offer you a refund for the difference. Similarly, if the product is more expensive, we will require a payment to cover the difference.
Unfortunately as all of the products we sell are perishables, we are unable to offer returns on any orders. We can only offer an exchange on any goods you believe to be rotten, however we will need to be notified by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of delivery in order to consider an exchange. Once notified, please do not throw away the product as we will need to collect the item when we exchange it.
